REFUND POLICY

Dynamic Dolphin, Inc. Addendum to Terms and Conditions

Termination. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Customer may terminate this contract at any time by providing Company with thirty days written notice. Cancellation will be effective the first of the following month for any service other than URL registration, which by ICANN rules, is for one year.

Refund: If Customer terminates this contract with more than six months remaining on contract term for any services other than URL registration, the Customer shall forfeit two months of fees. If Customer terminates this contract with less than six months remaining on contract term, the Customer shall forfeit one month of fees.
